Q: Can I have the bounce house setup on a driveway?
A: Yes, but we cannot setup the bounce house on a dirt surface, gravel, mulch or sand.


Q: Do I need to prepare anything for the bounce house?
A: Yes. You will need to clear all debris from the area including any sharp objects, toys, lawn furniture, sticks, large rocks, hoses, sprinklers, lawn decorations and pet dropping. CT. Better Bounce units  are at least 15 feet tall. An additional 5 feet of space around the bounce house with an additional 15 feet of space in front of the house should be available to give users enough room to enter the unit. A 110 VAC 20 amp outlet will be needed, or provisions should be made for generator to run the bounce house blower. CT. Better Bounce can provide a generator for an additional fee.


Q: Will the bounce house damage my lawn?
A: A one day rental of a bounce house will not damage the lawn. DO NOT cut your lawn a minimum of 2 days before your event.


Q: Do you clean your bounce houses?
A: Yes. Each bounce house is fully cleaned and disinfected before each rental.


Q: I am having a party at a location other than my yard, can you set up bounce houses in parks?
A: Yes, we can setup our bounce houses at a location other than your own property, but YOU are responsible for obtaining any permits or paying additional fees required.


Q: Are bounce houses safe?
A: Yes, bounce houses are safe if proper safety rules and regulations are followed. The bounce house is staked into the ground outside to anchor it down, or if it is setup indoors, the house is secured with a sand-filled bags.


Q: How long does it take you to setup the bounce house?
A: It will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to setup a bounce house if the area has been properly prepared and free of debris. Setup time includes reviewing safety procedures with the operator. We will leave a signed copy of the safety procedures agreement with you.
